The land opportunities at Starfish are the foundation of the business. We work with many major and regional development companies in the acquisition and sale of land for development. We have been responsible for the sale and acquisition of sites with and without planning permission and of course strategic land assembly. We are panel agents for National Grid Properties. Currently we are selling/acquiring development land throughout the south east. We are dealing with a number of sites within the counties of Essex, Kent, Suffolk, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Leicestershire.
Reciprocal Arrangements
This naturally is how the strongest bonds will be developed between us and our clients. It is our intention to selectively offer land opportunities to companies where reciprocal trading arrangements exist through the promotion of either land disposal or acquisition and where our sales and marketing services can be utilised.
