The land opportunities at Starfish are the foundation of the business.

We work with many major and regional development companies in the acquisition and sale of land for development. We have been responsible for the sale and acquisition of sites with and without planning permission and strategic land assembly.

We are panel agents for National Grid Properties.

Currently we are selling and acquiring development land in many locations on behalf of a number of established clients.

Reciprocal Arrangements

This naturally is how the strongest bonds have been developed between us and our clients. It is our intention to selectively offer land opportunities to companies where reciprocal trading arrangements exist through the promotion of either land disposal or acquisition and also where our sales and marketing services will be employed.
